BW legal DPO contact

Options
Hi folks,

I recently moved house and have an open claim from BW legal, it reached the LOC stage and went cold for a few months before I moved. I'd like to avoid getting a CCJ without me knowing so I sent a data rectification notice to the PPC and BW legal. The PPC confirmed acknowledging receipt but so far I've had radio silence and a no reply bounce back from the two contacts I tried.

Anyone know what the up to date DPO contact address for BW legal is?

The 2 I have contacted are:
SAR@bwlegal.co.uk (no response)
Disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk (bounce back no reply email)

I see they are truing to push their own internal portal but I'd like to avoid that as much as possible.

The first email is the one in their current privacy notice.  You could also just send a written notice to their Leeds address obtaining proof of postage.

When you sent the Data Rectification Notice to the DPO of the PPC, did you include the line "you are required to inform each and every one of your sub-contractors"?
