pay my parking charge - email response, what to do next?

Hi there.  I have recieved two parking fines from a private parking company managed by LDK. For both I have appealed on the grounds of unclear signage using the templates from the stickies.

I then got a reply asking for the drivers details, as that was the only way they would go ahead.  I replied stating I would not provide this and my original email appeal will be all that I will provide.

I have now recieved the email reply below.  Do I just ignore this now and leave it at that?

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your email, your comments have been noted accordingly.

Please be advised that, as you are not the named party on the account, we need authorisation to discuss this matter with you.

Please request that the named party sends us an email, from their own email address, confirming their full name, address, and your name to authorise.

Alternatively, please have the named party call our offices Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

You must have emailed in a different name than appears on the NTK?

Please show the NTK; both sides & ALL DATES SHOWING but cover your data & any QR code.

Yes that’s right. The NTK was sent to my wife, I replied with my email address. I don’t have the notice to hand, the wife left it at her office. Will post it when she brings it back.
Was I wrong to post with my email?

Yes.  This isn't your PCN to appeal.

It is your wife's PCN for her to appeal.

Ok, so where does this leave us now? What I was hoping for was advice on what to do next. I made a mistake in sending from mine, where do I go now?

Send the same email appeal , but using your wife's email address. Don't mention driver and state she is appealing as the keeper.

Would it be an issue if my wife sent an email, giving me authority to deal with the appeal?  Her Enlish isn't the best hence why I dealt with it to begin with.

The email repsonse back from the company said it needed an email from her, authorising me to deal with it before they could continue with it

Yes, that was the best option, you do the work, but she emails it or she sends it in online, so can be your own work, but done in her name with her sending it

There is no us, her PCN, she must deal with it, you assist her
