Feedback revision nonsense

Had my first ever negative feedback from a buyer which has really annoyed me as the feedback went against eBay's policy.
I sold an Epilator and the feedback left was negative as the "device was slow compared to others they have used so will take them longer to get ready"
AI chat denied my removal request despite it going against eBay's policy for leaving feedback based on technical specifications (speed etc was listed in the description)
An agent told me they could not remove it as I had not sent a revision request and if I did that they would remove it after 10days if the buyer did not respond (this seemed to contradict what the revision email said)
They did not respond, I spoke with another agent who told me that eBay had also requested its revision and they would manually change it which would take two working days. Whilst on chat with them I had an email through saying "as the buyer chose not to respond we will not be removing the feedback"
I am utterly confused, as apparently are eBay. Any advice on my next steps?
