Lloyds app - Issue with viewing credit card

Hi
Is anyone else having problems viewing credit card transactions on the app? Mine seem to be stored on a pdf only, whereas previously I could quickly check them all, just like I do on my normal accounts. I've been through the useless customer service, Advisor clearly had no clue and just advised clearing cache, then deleting and reinstalling the app which did precisely nothing. It's driving me mad, please help!

Mine is the same version and OS and is loading fine, maybe it's your phone?0

All sorted if anyone's interested. Due to having font too big on my phone settings so account transactions were cut off. Oh the joys of getting old and short-sighted!2
