Halifax Cashback Extras

Options
Does anyone know when Halifax changed the terms of their current account cashback extras.

It now appears transfers to another account do not qualify. So using your debit card to transfer money to another account and transferring money to another account by bank transfer no longer qualifies for the £5 reward.

  • If you're basing this on the Halifax trackers, they're a bit wonky at the moment and don't appear to show any qualifying transactions before say 7th May. I'm sure it will be fine though. I always do the same process money in > debit deposit to savings > transfer balance out and get the reward around 12th of the following month no matter what the rewards tracker says.

It does qualify but there is a glitch this month where transactions from 1st and 2nd May aren't showing.
