Firetree Chocolate are creators of some of the most exceptional chocolate you will ever experience.  They produce craft chocolate with cocoa beans sourced from remote single-estate volcanic islands in the South Pacific Sea and Oceania. The volcanic terroir produces cocoa beans with natural taste notes that change, develop, and linger on the palate.  Much like the grapes in winemaking, the cocoa beans from each single-estate Firetree partner have their own unique flavour and distinct taste notes – think cherry, plum, caramel and white grape. The Mouse House Co and Firetree Chocolate reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
