Consumer clasd action against Uber

Hi,
Uber is using ‘sludge’ practices with their Uber One membership, and they managed to charge me £24 for the service despite being quite attentive. This makes me wonder how much they’ve collected from other customers.
I’m interested in knowing if there's potential for a consumer class action against these practices and if others have been similarly affected.
Thanks

Perhaps you mean it's too easy to sign up? Which would be the antithesis of sludge practices. Like many free trials etc then yes its easy to sign up and if you aren't careful then easy to go from free trial to paid subscription but compared to many I dont find it that bad but anyone who just is blindly clicking to try and book a taxi etc will probably get caught. The Mrs signed up without realising but she doesn't read what she's doing but then got the email confirming the sign up so could cancel the trial the same day.1
