Recommended workmen in South Manchester?

I had an unexpected windfall recently and I've decided I'm going to surprise my Mum to a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and sitting room. I'm going to have a month off between contracts at Easter, so what I thought I'd do is manage the trades for her (she gets massively overwhelmed just choosing cushions). So, I need:

electrician

plumber

tiler

plasterer

joiner (not just a basic chippie but someone who could build bespoke cabinets from scratch)

painter / decorator

I've already been on the problemsolved.co.uk site site, but could anyone on here recommend someone they've used (whether individual trades or building firms)? Or would anyone on here care to recommend themselves?

I should say that I've done a bit of refurbing before so I'm not completely green - and I always check references
