1. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or older except employees of Trailfinders, Regent Seven Seas Cruises or Singapore Airlines.
2. The prize must be booked through Trailfinders and valid for the winner and their guest travelling together based on twin or double share accommodation.
3. The prize is as stated for a winner and their guest to include: Economy flights with Singapore Airlines from London Heathrow to Singapore on Wednesday 18 September 2024; all airport to hotel transfers, 4 nights in Singapore from Thursday 19 September 2024 staying at the Jen Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La with breakfast; economy flights from Singapore to Denpasar Bali, operated by Singapore Airlines or Scoot; 7 nights in Bali from 23 September 2024 staying at The Laguna, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa with breakfast; economy flights with Singapore Airlines from Denpasar, Bali to London Heathrow departing on Monday 30 September 2024.
4. The Aston Martin Aramco VIP race experience in Singapore on 20 - 2 September 2024 includes 2 tickets for 1winner and winner's guest (“Prize”) (GBP 14,500.00). The delivery details of the Prize will be confirmed with the winner. The Prize is non-transferrable, subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives.
5. Please note that unless otherwise specified the prize will not include any meals or drinks, or travel insurance. Trailfinders travel insurance is available to purchase at https://www.trailfinders.com/insurance
6. This prize cannot be changed, the dates are fixed, it is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
7. The competition closes on 28 June 2024. Entries received after this date will not be registered.
8. The winner will be contacted no later than 8 July 2024.
9. The winner is responsible for organising their own passport and visas. Please note that airlines are required by laws introduced in many countries to give border control agencies access to passenger data. Accordingly, any information that the airline holds about you and your travel arrangements may be disclosed to the customs and immigration authorities of any country on your itinerary.
10. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they have fully complied with all health and immunisation requirements for the countries that they will be visiting.
11. Once the prize has been booked Trailfinders will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligation if caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riot, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
12. We do not own or control the suppliers who operate your travel arrangements. Therefore, changes can and do occur from time to time and may be made without any advance notification from our suppliers.
13. An airline may, if circumstances so require, change the day or timings of operation, divert, postpone, or delay any flight or alter the airport of departure or arrival and may without notice substitute alternate carriers or aircraft.
14. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all reservations and to reconfirm your arrangements (if required).
15. You must behave in a reasonable and responsible manner to other people that you meet during your travel arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel forthwith any holiday arrangements in the event of unruly behaviour towards our suppliers or their agents. You will be liable in full for cancellation charges and the costs of purchasing a replacement travel arrangement in this circumstance.
