How are you doing this? Are you sure you mean the 'bill payment' facility and not Standing Orders? By 'bill payment' I meant where you set up a payee that is sent money on an irregular or adhoc basis. I know that I can amend or delete Standing Orders, but FD can only add 'Do Not Use' next to the name of a bill payment payee and if unused for (I think) 12 or 13 months it drops off the list. Perhaps I've missed an update on their site?0 -
