    I'm with FD, and I have no problem deleting bill payments via their internet banking website.

    How are you doing this? Are you sure you mean the 'bill payment' facility and not Standing Orders? By 'bill payment' I meant where you set up a payee that is sent money on an irregular or adhoc basis. I know that I can amend or delete Standing Orders, but FD can only add 'Do Not Use' next to the name of a bill payment payee and if unused for (I think) 12 or 13 months it drops off the list. Perhaps I've missed an update on their site?
