Hello, not getting any help from solicitors so thought I'd ask on here! On the fixtures and fittings form, how much detail do I have to go into. For example would I mention rugs, mirrors, painting etc. Do I only note items I am leaving or those that I am taking as well? Thank you

List what you are leaving unless certain items were agreed as part of the sale. You can also list items that aren't part of the sale but you would consider an offer for i.e. rugs for £100 etc. Make sure you list things you intend on taking and replacing with a basic fitting i.e. an expensive light fitting etc. The more detail the better as this avoids conflict later down the line.1
