Googled NTK - 'Notice to keeper'

Anyone know how to tell for sure if the notice is or is not fully compliant with POFA? 

As previously mentioned, if it is, it seems safe to state being the driver and keeper. If it is not, I am getting the impression to appeal only as keeper.

Follow the instructions by LDast and assume they are correct because of what they said in the reply overleaf 

Appeal as keeper only, the royal WE will suffice, no need to give them more ammunition than required 

The important goal is to get it cancelled by valid customers, not debate POFA or who was driving 

Add proof of patronage too, like copies of receipts etc

Yes, "Other" is the only choice that doesn't entrap you into admitting being the driver.

As keeper of the vehicle with reg number SY54RNJ, I dispute your 'parking charge' and deny any liability or contractual agreement….

 

(Delete? I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.)

 

.. There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close-up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

 

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

 

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

 

In order to resolve this dispute as swiftly as possible, I attach a copy of the drivers bank transactions as proof of patronage and that they were a genuine customer, in need of a little extra time.

In highlighting the equality act of 2010, I trust that any unlawful treatment and/or discrimination will fall by the wayside in review of this matter.

The final paragraph makes no sense if you haven't said why the driver needed more time.

In highlighting the equality act of 2010, I trust that any unlawful treatment and/or discrimination will fall by the wayside in review of this matter.

In order to resolve this dispute swiftly, I attach a copy of the driver’s bank transaction as evidence that they were a genuine customer and patron in need of extra time to orientate and regulate themselves at a busy time of day on a Friday afternoon, in order to travel again as safely as possible.

I feel its important to bring the equality act of 2010 into the equation and trust that these regulations will be respected in review of this matter.
