What are your purposes?  I'd have thought that alerts would typically be used to notify of share price movements in order to take immediate (or very short term) action, so it isn't obvious (to me, at least!) why they'd have any value later on?

I have a list of stocks on a buy list when their price meets a chosen level, and also a sell list using similar logic. They may well not hit my target prices within a 90 day timeframe

Oh right, I see what you mean, it read to me like it was a problem that actual price alerts were deleted 90 days after being issued, rather than the instruction itself only having a finite lifespan!

Could you use a stock simulator? Setup limit/stop orders and get alerted to the 'trade'?

In general they're scary things - I forgot I had one setup and it's gained 227% (86% annual). I'm rich! (in make believe land).
