Second hand car under 3 month warranty, turbo breaks and garage refuse to pay

I purchased a seat alhambra with a standard 3 month warranty the garage offered. I did not see any paperwork for this but they said it was covering the engine and gearbox.
The company delivered the car, as it pulled up I heard the breaks squeaking. Paperwork was signed and as I drove away there was an instant noise. The garage was informed and agreed to pay for it. The work was done by a local garage to disengage the rear electric caliper with a side note that a new caliper may be required, the pads were cleaned and the air inlet re-assembled as it had come away. The next issue occurred 3 weeks later, the turbo went. A new re-furbished turbo was done. The garage offered to pay 500 pounds as a 'good will gesture' towards it as they claimed the turbo was ancillary to the engine and not part of it. The air inlet pipe had to be re-fitted the first visit to the garage. I was told that it was connected to the turbo and the mechanic mentioned it was an odd place for it to have come away causing suspicion that this had been tampered with previously. The work was done then another week or so later the same caliper that had the issue the day of purchase fully locked on and had to have the full caliper changed. I incurred the cost of 880 pounds as a result of all of this whilst the car was under the 3 month warranty and the company are now refusing to pay claiming the MOT was passed without issues and it was ok as it left their premises despite it not being ok the moment I drove off in it. They feel that they rectified the issue but yet it was the same problem with the same caliper that had to be fully changed and they claimed the turbo would have been picked up on the MOT if there was an issue with it. I know this is not the case.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

The purpose of a used car warranty is to distract you from your consumer rights, not to pay out for any faults.  The only warranties worth anything are official manufacturer ones.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, any faults that occur in the first 6 months are assumed to have been there at purchase, unless the retailer can show otherwise.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
