We have a leaking roof valley on our bungalow. Looks like its been leaking a while and I can see various flashing tape "repairs" have been applied to the lead.
I have been quoted £1950 to replace the lead or £1550 to do it in grp.
Using our own scaffold tower.
valley is about 3m long, bungalow with good access, clay tiles, somerset area.
Fair price?
