So this is a new claim then, and you just hadn't declared him as living with you when you made the claim.pope said:To be on the safe side and if UC quiry later on who this person is living with me I have done a change of circumstances other people who live with me and told UC about the elderly parent change I have put the same date as when I applied for UC a few days ago.You have corrected that with the C-of-C so I'd leave it at that for now and see what they do, if they do want further details they will ask on the journal as a 'To-Do'.
