Hello all i I am in the process of buying a house and I have a question for all. I would like to remove the downstairs bathroom as the kitchen is very small, and I would like to make the kitchen bigger. i have attached a photo of the floor plan for sizes… I would like to know how much it would cost to remove the bathroom,…

Doozergirl seems to think not but if you’re staying and not selling, you wouldn’t necessarily tell BC?,

You’ll be selling eventually though? And possibly needing BC to agree to other elements of the works.
