could some one advice how maney hours minets do i need to work at 12.00 an hour to earn 793.pounds every 4 weeks am having trubble with benefits

The house wouldn't affect benefit assuming the fact that somebody could live there is written into the will.  The pension lump sum would definitely mean no entitlement to benefits.  If the OP didn't declare this to DWP, and is on income related benefits, they will have a large overpayment to be recovered.
