Can’t understand why the guys that questioned me for security reasons couldn’t then once satisfied just lift the block. They had to email the back room to say I’m ok for them to get in touch to lift it. By the way, still no phone call from them.0

When I called them, I answered their questions and they unblocked me right then.1 -

Has has anyone had a problem with switching from a Santander 123 current account to a Santander Edge current account I switched after talking to an agent the using the Santander switch page this was su to give me a £175 bonus. O the Santander page it clearly stated that this offer was open to new and existing account customers, Santander are now saying I wasNot entitled to the deal after discussing the switch with a Santander employee and using their switch tool I cannot believe what they are saying. I would never have switched as I am now not receiving any interest whatsoever on money held in my Edge Current Account.0

Banks don't pay switch bonuses for switching between their own accounts, only between different banks.0

Switching refers to using CASS to transfer all payments from a current account with Bank A to a current account with Bank B and the old account is closed on completion of the switch.0
