Anyone having problems entering this? I click start and it goes to a blank screen and says spring bank in the top left hand corner

Same thing, tried all ways but no entry form...

After clicking on the start button, it did appear to be a blank screen, but I had to scroll back up to near the top of the page to find the first part of the entry form. Then on completion of a section had to press enter on the keyboard to get the next section until after the mailing list questions, where I then had to scroll down to find the enter button.

Initially I couldn't see a start button, I changed cookie policy and voila, it appeared. But then had same problem re form so took advice from posts above and scrolled up and down. Eventually got to submit button.
Hope this helps to identify and solves 2 problems. Thanks to previous posters.
