Remove 5, 6, 7 (and 10 which has no place in a non-CCJ case).  Instead, as your Exhibit 1, use the multiple judgments link (Chan plus loads of others) posted by @Le_Kirk on a thread today.

Change "The Defendant believes" to I believe.

The lower bit is out of date as you say "With the DLUHC's ban on the false 'costs" which is in fact suspended for review.

Did you use one of the 5 linked exemplars? Go back to the NEWBIES thread and change the bottom half to match a more recent one that doesn't say the DLUHC has 'banned' the DRA fee.

NONE OF THE FIVE HAVE THAT ANCIENT STATEMENT OF TRUTH. STICK WITH RECENT EXAMPLES ONLY.

How would you pick and choose between what to use from the judgement link?

Ive found the below online for the statement of truth, can i double check this is correct:

I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true. I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

Also, do you know if we have to pay for dropbox to edit and copy from parts of the judgements?

No: you are not editing anything! Why would you want to remove them?!

Why is the Dropbox link not able to be saved to your desktop? I can. It's a PDF so easy to open and save. Have you sorted it?

I have done my best to ensure that the link I provide is, according to Dropbox, "available to all" or whatever their terminology is this week. This is the link and of course, because I created it, I can open it but then @Coupon-mad and @1505grandad have both checked it and it works: -

Its not a defence, you were told that last month, so to be clear, this is YOUR witness statement, using the first person because its from you, from you personally, so written in the first person 

So not THE DEFENDANT , when writing in the First person, its 

I , My , Me , Myself , etc

Use the examples provided by other victims who drafted excellent witness statements , you were previously given their names, study their cases and pick one similar to your case, and adapt it

Subsequent to post one being edited 

My advice is, do not pay it 

Just adapt a recent witness statement ensuring that it is written in the first person, a judge expects to see words like I, not The defendant 

As in

I parked 

I received a PCN

I am disputing liability etc 

So using a recent example gives you the language and grammar to use
