nationwide smart switch went wrong

i switched to  nationwide from lloyds bank the switch all went through on the 2nd may.i noticed none of my direct debits have been taken out.ive contacted nationwide many times over this as am starting to get letters off companies  saying that ive canceled my direct debits .my bills are not getting paid.yesterday i got a call from nationwide saying they cannot fix the problem and have offered me £150 compensation ive refused this as i want to take it higher. Its not easy trying to change direct debits with some companies as trying to find phone numbers for companies you had direct debits out for years is quit hard to find.some companies will not take card payment for missed payment.to set a new direct debit up it takes 13 days to go through so thats more bills and insurances not getting paid.ive got mental health and this is making my mental health very bad  :'(

This happens sometimes, unfortunately. Nationwide should be on the hook for all out of pocket expenses, so keep a log and you should expect those to reimbursed in full.
