Allianz motor renewal

I got an email from Allianz to say they'd forward a renewal quote for my (formerly LV/Flow) car insurance. A week or so went by and there was no follow up email and no new quote in my account. I sent an email querying this and after automated replies I got another email to say they were working on it.

In the meantime, the most competitive quotes I'd found on Moneysupermarket have expired, and still no quote from Allianz.

Anyone else having this problem?

Ha! Just checked my email and there was a message from Allianz to say they've improved their EV policy. Still no quote, though. I suspect the free tow to a charge point, if you run out of electrons, and the electric/hybrid courtesy car is going to cost dearly.
