Principality BS Site a Bit Laggy?

I'm trying to sign up for a regular saver account with Principality BS and it's really, really laggy and unresponsive. Is anyone else finding this, or does it have a reputation for being a bit slow? It's been like this for the last couple of hours that I've been trying. I've tried different browsers and they're all the same. No other issues with any other websites though. Cheers
