Booking.com - impossible phone tontact

Hi,  
I made a booking with booking.com in February.
They took my payment but have never given me proof that I booked or a confirmation number.
I have been trying to resolve this for the last six weeks.
when you email customer services you Immediately get a reply from an AI. telling you they are here to help you. Please phone this number (several given) or email your confirmation number.
.when you phone you are met with a message saying. They can only help you if you quote your confirmation number or PIN number.
I haven’t got either, as this is what I am trying to get.
Any help would be gratefully excepted.
I have tried getting a refund from my credit card, but they say until I can prove I don’t have a booking they can’t refund me.

    The obvious question: have you checked all possible SPAM folders?

    Details of your booking should show in your Booking.com account. If you don't have one then create one using the same email address and other details that you used to make the booking. If no booking is showing in that account then you have some evidence for your credit card provider.
