What is zilch loan and getting them removed

Hi all,
Looking on my credit file last night and found zilch loan on there with £0 as a balance and it's been active for a few years but I don't know who they are or why they are on my file so how do I get them deleted please

Zilch is a credit provider for short term buy now pay later (spreading payments over 6 weeks for example) - if you bought an item on BNPL then they may have used this provider. Assuming you did, then it has to stay there for 6 years from when it was taken out, after which time it will be removed per the normal finance rules.
