Problem with Ryanair

Options
I hope someone can help with this. I booked a return flight with Ryanair to attend my son's wedding. Yesterday I got a message from Ryanair advising the outbound flight has been cancelled. I claimed for a refund for the outbound leg, and that refund is now in my Ryanair wallet. The problem is that Ryanair will only refund to my original payment method. The card I used as original payment method has since been deactivated, and I have a new card.
Can anyone advise on my next move, or a phone number on how to actually speak to someone at Ryanair. I have tried 0113 868 4151 which directs you to their web page then hangs up. I also tried the premium rate number 0871 246 0000 which cuts off straight away after dialing.

Appreciate any help at all.

Is your new card connected to the same account as the card used for booking?
