Hey I am going through my grandads finances. He has dementia. I was wondering if anyone knows what AIL Santander is before I go in?

Possibly Aviva Insurance Limited. Santander partner with them for home insurance deals.

My home insurance is with Santander and this is how mine shows up.

It's great that the answer was found so quickly but a small part of me wishes it had taken a bit longer so we could all have put on our detective hats and offered up a bunch of incorrect suggestions.

Let me guess, you're runnng the new version of Santander's app which Now Capitalises All The Words In Transaction References.

Bacs transaction reference are all in capitals, if they are not being shown as all capitals then the bank is changing the capitals to lower case
