**UPDATE**
I had my mediation appointment back in July and have heard nothing until today when we received a "notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing)" at Croydon County Court.
- The claim has been allocated to the small claim track
- Notice of a date and time of the hearing will be sent later time
- The hearing will take one hour
I've got directions to deliver to the other party and the court office copies of all documents on which we intend to rely on - haven't I already done that by putting in a full defence to UKPC ?
What happens now ?0 -
No you haven't.
You need to re-read the section in post 2 of the NEWBIES FAQS thread headed in red capitals:

Whats throwing me is that the N180 was submitted to CNBC back in May, and this order doesn't appear to say anything other than "wait for further comms from Croydon CC"
I feel like I'm a step behind in the process0 -
What you have described is normal and those are your initial 'heads up, get ready' instructions from Croydon Court.
They will soon allocate a hearing date, so if your N180 didn't cover your unavailability in Oct, Nov, December, January or February, email the court those dates/weeks now. Think carefully. Work commitments? Holidays? Birthdays or family events? Half term if you have kids?
(BTW I know they haven't asked for this. Be proactive or sod's law it'll be a date you can't do).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
