Ebay Private Selling Account Restricted?

Spender£

My private eBay seller account has suddenly been restricted for possible risk to their community warning code MC011.
Unfortunately despite asking me for receipts or proof they have not listed which item I am supposed to provide proof of.
I sell mostly an occasional thing that I have collected and I do have receipts for some.
I have sold 3 packs of playing cards for £3 each recently still sealed up and there are 5 of them which I got years ago from the pound shop so if I had to guess this would be what they are talking about.
Apart from this I have 18 listing active mostly old CDs and records.
From what I am reading about this online once the algorithm detects this you are doomed without keeping original receipts.
I have not heard back from eBay so far.
Anybody have any advice for me I have to say I feel like a criminal.

These can take months to sort out people have had them for shipping providers they use instead of standard ones, drop shipping, fees need paying or negative scores and being reported for fake faulty items or abuse or underage. Most people give up because of the futile attempts to remove it. If you open a new one using a family member it's acceptable but doing a stealth account any details similar will be linked to yourself if your happy to sit and wait do so if it's no bother.2

In a strange twist ebay have responded with a list of second hand CDs from my music collection and a couple of PlayStation 3 games I sold when I got rid of the system years ago, they want receipts or invoices on how I first purchased these 6 items, I purchased them and received most as gifts. It is confusing to me because I thought the whole idea of ebay was selling used items from your home.Time Is The Enemy!0

This is why it can take months it's also not worth phoning because it's a background team responsible for dealing with the issue and you can imagine they're months behind. Even if you say I don't have them they'll just repeat it. They need the bot happy you could find and buy/cancel the items and send them receipts minus showing items only or create a list and upload. This is why people give up because that can now take months to get looked at. Just remember it's pointless ringing them.2
