Ask the DVLA for whatever of your personal information you want to see.mg278 said:
Thanks, just downloaded the form I’ll fill this in and submit it. What will I be able to see from doing this will it just be to see if any agencies have enquired about my vehicle or will it show any outstanding PCN’s I don’t know about?Castle said:Send a SAR to DVLA and ask them if anybody has requested your personal details for your vehicle(s).0 -

You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.ukThis service is free of charge.Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail.
I don’t know the date of the parking incident or PCN as they won’t send me any details and I’ve not had anything in the post, so should I just say for the length of time I’ve owned the vehicle (2.5 years)?
thanks.0 -
Have you seen this?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have seen this page yes. However I’ve only had texts and emails from B&S, not anyone claiming to be a bailiff or enforcement officer. The links and email addresses are all legit for their website/company (I’m usually pretty astute at spotting scams) which I why I think this is legit but possibly a case of mistaken identity or maybe a PCN from before I owned the car maybe I’m not sure.Umkomaas said:1 -
I don't think they have any time limits, so give that a whirl.mg278 said:

DO NOT FILL IN A FORM TO ASK THE DVLA ABOUT YOUR OWN VEHICLE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is a very simple solution to this. No one should ever communicate with a DRA. Simply block their number and get on with your life.
You've had it confirmed from TfL that you have no outstanding penalties. That should be the end of it. You can report the texts to 7726 (free) but just block them if you don't want to be bothered by them.3 -
So an update from me. I've finally had Bristow and Sutor send through details of the TFL charges and it relates to 2 offences committed by someone with the exact same name as me that lives in the same city as me (actually only about 1.5 miles away) but with a different address and a different reg. number. I've logged into TFL's PCN website to see the photos which confirm it's not me as it's a completely different car and I was over 100 miles away from London on the dates of the 2 offences. I've emailed B&S and told them I have the same name but it's not my address or car. I'm hoping that's the end of it now but we'll see.3
