LEGO® Star Wars™ Spin the Wheel Zavvi Game - Terms and Conditions

**1. Eligibility:**   1.1 The LEGO® Star Wars Spin the Wheel Game ("the Game") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over, except employees of Zavvi and the LEGO Group, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Game.
**2. Game Period:**   2.1 The Game will run from 6th May 2024, to May 31 2024 ("the Game Period"). You are not able to win before or after this time frame.
**3. How to Enter:**       3.1 Participants can enter the Game by visiting the designated LEGO Star Wars Spin the Wheel webpage via the Zavvi social media, email or website banner on Zavvi during the Game Period.   3.2 Each participant is limited to one spin.
**4.    4.2 Winners can redeem their discount code within the redemption period and expiry date specified (all codes valid until 30.06.24). Discount codes only apply to qualifying LEGO sets within the promotional date frame and can only be used within one basket transaction. The discount codes are not valid on new LEGO Star Wars sets launching 1st May. Discount codes are entered at check out. The discount can be used on the entire basket if all products qualify, the discount value is on total basket up to a saving of £100 (no more).   4.3 LEGO sets will be supplied within 60 days of the winner confirming their address via email and will be facilitated but The LEGO Group.   4.4 Once the prize has been received it cannot be exchanged or credited.   4.5 Discount codes are valid until 30.06.24 or until stocks last**5. Data Protection and Marketing:**   5.1 Participants are required to provide their email address before participation in order to claim and redeem their prize.   5.2 Participants have the option at the start to opt out of receiving marketing communications from Zavvi.com. Email addresses collected when participant opts out, will be used solely for communication and redemption of prize details, they will NOT be used for and marketing or promotional use. Where the box is unticked, participants opt in to email communications and can unsubscribe at any point. Email addresses will not be shared with third parties or transferred in any way and will be deleted after 30 days or once the prize is redeemed/delivered if opted out of further communications.   5.3 Participants' personal information will be handled in accordance with the data protection laws and regulations.**6. Winner Notification:**   6.1 Winners will be notified via the email address provided prior to entry post game completion. Discount code winners will receive an automated email with their unique discount code to shop at Zavvi.com on relevant LEGO Star Wars sets. LEGO Star Wars set winners will receive an automated email informing them they will receive an email from the LEGO corporate marketing team to request delivery details in order to facilitate the delivery of their LEGO set.   6.2 If the input of the email is incorrect then the win will be void, correct spelling and input of email is at the sole responsibility of the participant and must be correct in order for the prize to be delivered.   6.3 Winners of a LEGO set must respond within 14 days to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternative winner may be selected.
**7. General Conditions:**   7.1 Participants can only win once during the Game Period.   7.2 The Game is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
**8. Disqualification:**   8.1 Zavvi and the LEGO Group reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
**9. Changes to the Game:**   9.1 Zavvi and the LEGO Group reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Game at their discretion.
**10. Governing Law:**    10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
