Ebay - help with a return

Buyer has asked to return an item that they received today - they want a prepaid return label from me.  Do I need to get them to open a return or is there another way I should be doing it.  Never had this happen before.  I am happy to take the hit on the postage etc.

It would depend on why they are returning it. If they have changed their mind, they should pay for the return.

Hopefully @soolin or someone else with more knowledge will be able to give a definite answer

As above, is this a change of mind or an SNAD return?

If it's an SNAD then tell the buyer to open an SNAD case and that gives you the opportunity to allow ebay to send a label on your behalf, be firm, no open case no return. I posted a thread about this recently and urge all sellers to use the ebay system.

If its a change of mind they can open a change of mind return but will need to return at their own cost.

Its a bit of buyer remorse plus SNAD as I contradicted myself a bit in the listing (lesson learnt).  Will get them to open a case and do everything through Ebay.  Thanks everyone.
