Popla appeal rejected

Hello, advise...
Back in December in the final stage of the house purchase/sale and in the process of packing, my car broke down due to a flooded street on my way to a recycling centre. Of course my car being from 2006 and small broke down in the middle of the flood, and I was given a courtesy car by insurance 2 days later... on the first day of using the courtesy car, I had to stop by solicitors to sign the house sale documents. I quickly parked in Sainsbury's and paid for an hour parking.
Over a month later and after I returned my courtesy car, I was contacted by the car agency saying that I got a penalty charge... I was lost on why but when I saw the receipt from the parking which luckly kept it, I realised I entered my old car number plate and not the courtesy car's 🤦🏻♀️
Because I moved and didn't know about this, my fine was already on £100 plus a fee from the courtesy car company. I tried to appeal with Parkingeye but was not successful. I appeal with Popla and have just been rejected, too.
My question is, where do I go from here? 🙏
(My apologies for such a long post)

Oh dear. This could so easily have been won at POPLA if you'd not revealed the identity of the driver. You never received a "penalty" charge. There is no mention of the word "penalty" on any of the paperwork you received.
Have you read the Newbies/FAQ thread yet? That thread explains everything you need to know about the situation you are in. You can safely ignore the POPLA decision. It has no bearing on the next steps.
The very first thing you must do is instruct the DPO at ParkingEye to rectify your address for service and they must erase your old address. Leaving a PPC with the choice of two addresses to use is a sure fire way of getting a CCJ by default. The highlighted words are there for a reason. Make sure you use them in your data rectification notice.
You are now in a sort of limbo whilst PE decide on whether to pursue you themselves or use a third part debt collector. Either way, you can safely ignore all final reminders and follow on debt collector letters. Depending on whether PE send you an LoC or they use a third party to do so, you follow the advice in the second post of the Newbies/FAQ thread if/when they do.0 -
Did PE offer to settle at £20 when it became apparent it was just a keying error?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
