    Ppc/pcm is countrywide parking management Ltd issued me a ticket. 

    Its been escalated to debt recovery (trave debt recovery)

    It doesn't matter.

    Trace Debt Recovery is not 'escalation'.  Ignore them completely.

    Only by sending a cheque!  You could block the text phone number. Why would you want to block their letters?  Do you think it's better to know - or not know - what they might be plotting against you?

    You can easily block texts. Also, why would you want to block all that free kindling?
