Solar equipment not as per quotation

Hi, I received a quote for a solar and battery install Oct 23. Six panel system with 3.6KW hybrid inverter and 4.8kw battery.
I have recently discovered that the inverter installed is only 3.0kw not 3.6 as per quote.
I have had no response from email queries to the company.
Any idea as to what my next steps would be please.

Tried email several times, finally got hold of some one yesterday. Apparently they just decided to put the 3kw one regardless of what was quoted for as the provided panels only totalled a potential output of 2.5kw.Aylesbury_Duck said:Write to them and ask for an explanation.
FYI there is other viable options to add additional panels ( flat garage roof).

Adding more panels may not be as simple as wiring them up to the existing inverter. Above a certain number of panels, you have to split them into two separate "strings" to avoid the voltage becoming excessively high. That's why dual-string inverters exist.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
