Price Increase Vent

Hi Everyone,

I just need a good vent and thought someone here may sympathise!

Spotted a great deal on some 'ex display' garden furniture on a website I'd never heard of. They were also offering a free parasol with all orders until 16th May. 

Not wanting to throw £399 down the drain, I looked at some reviews and they were extremely mixed. I therefore contacted Customer Service about a potential delivery date and mentioned said bad reviews.

Had a lovely reply back so proceeded to go back to my basket "there has been a change in price" popped up - £499!

I literally have a basket reminder in my inbox from today saying £399.

I replied thanking her for the reply but stated I was very disappointed to see the price had increased after she replied. 

Nothing I can do about it and they've not done anything wrong but I feel it was a sneaky move!
