• 150 chairs
• 5m x 3m stage for a band, DJ or wedding ceremony
• 9m backdrop in white or black
• 16 uplighters, 6 poseur tables, 12 bar stools
• Delivery, collection, installation, and set down services
• 3m black or white bar with back bar

The event must take place prior to 28 November 2025.

Blackout dates: all bank holidays, 29 and 30 November 2024, all Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in December, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

Maximum number of guests is 250.

Access to venue is from 9am until 12am.

Not included – linen, chair covers, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Caterer will need to adhere to Doubletree’s health and safety standards.

PAT testing and public liability insurances are needed for all external suppliers.

£500 refundable damages deposit required by Doubletree by Hilton one week prior to the event and paid by card.

£800 refundable deposit required by WA Carr & Son against the hire of equipment through the hire period.
