Currys complaints

Hi does anyone have any idea of currys complaints policy, an email address to raise a formal complaint with or any other advise to get a response?

It is Curry's, most on here have an opinion of them that is not favourable and tend not to hold their customer service in high esteem. That being said they do have a complaints policy you can follow, alternatively if you can explain what the problem is then people on here may be able to advise if you have another route to some form of redress.

By all means follow their complaints procedure in the first instance.  Going by the general competence level of their staff, I highly doubt you will get anywhere.  In my case I had to open a court case against them (Small Claims Court)...which Curry's eventually settled in the few days prior to our court date.
In future I would suggest avoiding Curry's at all costs.  I've successfully avoided them for 19 years now.  No regrets.

I kind of understand that if things have not go well. But we need physical shops as in an AO, Amazon only future where EVERYTHING is only online where do you go to look and touch and feel things?

You'll have to buy off a web picture and when it arrives and its not what you wanted or feels poor you'll have to pay to send it back.

I suppose there will be a few hi end independants but the ones local to me can't seem to compete of price with run of the mill mainstream stuff, even if they sell it.

    Just a thought Kes

Your post implies that Currys are the only retailer in their sector with a physical presence. I sincerely hope this is not the case!
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

I looked on Trustpilot, I’ve always found them to be reasonably accurate.  They have 233k reviews for Currys, a bit mixed but more favourable than not.   They have 62% for 5* and 27% for 1*, the rest in between.

I haven’t used Currys for years but I remember, a long time before the internet and mobile phones, wanting to buy a spin drier from Currys.   There was a problem (can’t remember what) about getting it delivered so the shop manager brought it round himself after work.  It’s one of those things that stuck in my mind.

Resolver are only a 3rd party that passes on the same details that you would use to complain to currys. They do not get involved in complaints.

We don't act on your behalf and we don't take control of your complaint. Instead, we’ve set out to make it as easy as possible for you to get results.

Curry's are now 4.3 stars with 61% 5 star reviews, so almost 2-thirds of those leaving a review gave 5 stars; however, it should be noted that some of the 5 stars are for either the product they bought or for the "nice" person they spoke with when they had a problem.
