1) The prize comprises of a thirteen (13) night Thai Island Hopping tour with Explore Worldwide for two (2) adults including

a) Return economy flights from London to Bangkok, Thailand for two (2)

b) Arrival transfers from Bangkok airport to accommodation

c) Two (2) nights sharing a twin room in a private bungalow

d) Ten (10) nights hotel accommodation sharing a twin room

e) One (1) night overnight sleeper train with individual beds in a shared carriage

f) Daily buffet breakfast

g) Internal flights from Krabi to Bangkok

i) Departure transfers to Bangkok airport

2) The prize winner and their guest must be at least 18 years old. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken on specific tour dates and valid until June 30th, 2025. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

4) Booking is subject to availability. 

5) A BACS transfer for the £500 spending money will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.

6) Tour content is subject to change each year.

7) Overnight sleeper train will be on a 2nd Class A/C sleeper, which comprises of two bunk-style beds that fold down on either side of the carriage. Each bed has a privacy curtain that can be pulled across the length of the bed, and toilets are available at either end of the carriage.

8) An ability to swim is essential for your safe enjoyment of the water based activities on this trip. If you wish to participate in these activities then we insist that you are able to swim.

9) Overall good mobility is essential.

10) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

11) Additional passengers may be added to the booking but will be subject to availability and will be charged the full adult price applicable at the time of booking.

12) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine or provider will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

13) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

14) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

15) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

16) Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

17) Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner.  Channel 5, Cloud Nine and the provider cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

18) Travel insurance is not included but evidence will need to be presented to Explore worldwide prior to travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion. 

19) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

20) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

21) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
