Hassle cancelling

V high renewal quote from one call. Their actual service was excelkent. But i found a much cheaper offer. Went on line to cancel. Filled in, reluctantly, all info about new offer, then no option to cancel without chat to real person who was stuck in lengthy script and had to seek permission to cut it short and even then had to give further blurb. Need to be able to cancel simply. X
