Hello all, I am currently doing a DIY probate application. There are two wills, one abroad and on un the uk. My relative lived aboard, and sold up in this country to serve out his retirement. In the uk, he has an account for 100K and three beneficiaries. Overseas, there are three slightly different benefices who benefit from the holiday home and possible some money. If I apply for a probate here, do i also need to tell HMRC about the holiday home?
Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!

As the deceased was not a UK resident, no. Depending on country you may need to declare UK assets there.1
