A PAC email is an internal process that telephony need to do. They should know what it means and what action to take. It just stands for Provider Agent Contact or something along those lines, every jobcentre in the country has one and it's an internal direct line to get issues sorted. A bit like the jobcentre enquiry line for legacy benefits.

Thank you for this tomtom - I'll give this a try. I am learning something new every day on this forum, it's such a necessary resource in these times. Even the act of applying for UC seems to be such a complex and challenging process and I know I am not alone at the confusion it causes, so many thanks to you and all of the forumites who share their knowledge and support on here.tomtom256 said:A PAC email is an internal process that telephony need to do.
