I'm looking for a free SD card/ USB image making software

I need to make an image of a micro SD card
I have a USB adapter so can make an image of usb instead
I've tried some software but both fail because the SD card has a hidden partition and some corruption
I'm looking for a free SD card/ USB image making software that can exclude either hidden partition or exclude any corruption
Any ideas?

Do you have an image currently on a micro SD card that you are having trouble seeing?
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

My SD card includes several partitions, several formats from several operating systems, some hidden, some corrupted
An "Image" is a bit-by-bit reflection of a SD card, usb, HDD, cd, dvd drive saved as a single file, irrespective of the format
I'm looking for an SD/usb image creator/writer that can supress errors
    Do you know of one?

    Partition wizard?
It's free for the basic version though some features are restricted

I’m not sure this is correct for an SD card because of the wear levelling controller in the card. Without access to the controller and its mapping storage the data can’t be reconstructed from the bit patterns stored.

What do you think a bit-by-bit copy and recreation of a corrupt partition would look like?

Suppressing errors is the issue here. If you are doing a bit by bit image, the only errors it will be able to detect are those where it can't actually read the memory location. Any program that is just doing a bit by bit copy won't know what data is corrupt and what isn't.
There may be more sophisticated imaging software that understands the file system structure to allow functions like ignoring unused space, but that is unlikely to have much tolerance for file system corruption.
What are you trying to achieve here? Would making a backup image and then running data recovery software against the card/image be a better approach than looking for something that will both create an image and fix it up?
