Being one of the worst courier services . Feedback I'd suggest is very important. This bunch has cost me  lot of time and money over the years.

I sent enough that eventually the courier started to knock on the door to deliver the parcel, instead of just launching it in my back garden.

I think this depends a lot on the local courier. My Evri courier is v good and I've never had any problems with an Evri delivery. OTOH the DPD guy seems pretty clueless, I've already had three "missed" deliveries where I was at home and expecting delivery... only to get a message about nobody being at home with a link to the DPD tracking site... where I saw the front doors of completely different houses. Three trips to a local collection point.

At least evri ring the doorbell, Amazon don't for me anymore.  I do ignore the evri feedback emails but I only really see them sent to me by eBay

Evri is pants. I now check on eBay and if a seller is using Evri I just won't buy the item.
  • Our Evri driver seems really popular with other locals, but he constantly blocks our cul de sac, delivers to the wrong house and I've had parcels arrive with holes in the boxes. I try wherever possible to not have Evri as a courier.
