Hi
My parents are after a Hi-Fi/Mini Hi-Fi for between £100 and £200 but I've been finding it hard to find any comparitive reviews online, so has anyone got any recommendations?
Minimum Requirements:
CD Player
Cassette Deck
AM/FM Tuner
Remote Control
Extra/Preferred requirements if at all possible:
CD Changer (3 or 5 Disc)
Twin Cassette Deck
Turntable
Speakers
I know sound quality in this price range won't be the best, but they just want it for everyday usage and aren't audiophiles, so as long as it sounds ok to a 'normal' user, then that'll be great.
Cheers. :rudolf:

I love this post its so retro, not just a cassette deck but a double cassette deck!!You can't con an honest man!0

Some of the all-in-one "Receivers" i.e. CD, tuner (AM/FM and DAB), Amp and remote control from Denon and TEAC are excellent, but none of these quality brands will come with a cassette deck as standard. (John Lewis stock some excellent versions.)
Have a flick though a What Hi-Fi mag in the newsagents to see some recommended, you'll be hard pressed to find anything decent quality with cassette today, unless Sony are still making them.0 -
Personally I'd never buy an all in one; I'd go down to Richer Sounds and buy a separate amp, speakers and CD player, tuner etc.Happy chappy0

Here's a Sony with tape deck, DAB, CD/MP3 deck for under £50:you'll be hard pressed to find anything decent quality with cassette today, unless Sony are still making them.
