I ordered 3 boxes of chocolates last week which swiftly arrived only to find that one of the boxes was half the size of the one I wanted (on special offer for the same price). Entirely my fault for not checking what I put in my basket as I'd ordered in haste as they kept going out of stock.
I emailed customer services in the vague hope that I could exchange the smaller box for the larger one but they emailed back and said they were out of stock but would refund my money for that box. So, free chocs and one very happy customer. :T :T :T
