OEIC Fund Pricing

How do fund pricing usually work regarding selling or buying?
The Guinness fund i hold updates it prices around noon each day and dated the previous day.
So if i decide to sell on Monday (before 3pm cut off), i would be getting whatever the price is at noon on Tuesday?
This is from their old redemption form -
"Requests received prior to the Dealing Deadline (3pm Irish time) will be processed that Dealing Day; requests received after the Dealing Deadline will be processed on the next Dealing Day"

Seemingly they dont have a standard one now, just said to email/fax a notice with the revelant details. They dont have online portal.

Yes, the dealing price  is typically set at the midday after the trade is placed.  The exact cut-off times depend on the fund and the platform.  You can never know what the price will be when you place the trade.  From memory, some funds do not process trades every day.

Trades only take place only on working days. Vanguard publishes a list of fund holidays. Funds with a US holding do not trade when there is a public holiday in the US, for example. It is easy to be caught out by that.
