you also need the wording about claims signed by 'S Wilson' so search the forum for.

S Wilson name CPRs defence true

Barrister Details - Mr Scott Wilson
"* This Register entry records only whether a barrister has been authorised to conduct litigation as an individual by the Bar Standards Board. Employed government barristers also have separate rights under statute to conduct litigation as part of their employment by Treasury Solicitors, any government department, or any public body which performs functions on behalf of the Crown."

I'm not sure at what point 'conduct litigation' kicks in.

    Full name?
    Must hold senior position?
Doesn't CPR PD 22  require the signatory to state their position in the company? (CPR PD 22 3.1)

The claim requires the full name, and the OP can find the wording about that by searching the forum if needed.

Impressive link, if only in terms of length but it shows as "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
