    I'm not sure at what point 'conduct litigation' kicks in.

    Must hold senior position?
    Doesn't CPR PD 22  require the signatory to state their position in the company? (CPR PD 22 3.1)

    Which one? If the Co Hse link, info can be sourced from Co Hse - Civil Enforcement Ltd - Filing history - Audit exemption subsidiary accounts made up to 31 March 2024
