    Does the mat float? Does it use an underlay?

    The matts are to be stuck down using tile adhesive.
    I found someone who will grind the bitumen he said its only about 1 to 2mm thick and will be a days work.
    Question is now after the grinding do I need to do anything special to old concrete floor to seal it for damp or anything before the matts go down?
